Another historic moment for PEC Missions

By the Grace of God, today we witnessed the graduation of the 4th batch of church planters. 23 students graduated from this three months CP training course. Most of the lessons were done by zoom, while some subjects were conducted on site.

What was historic about this is that we conducted the course simultaneously from two different sites, one at Kathmandu and the other at Bardiya, 550 km from Kathmandu. I had visited theses places last year in Nov and we coordinated this joint effort, because the need for CP training was great in Nepal. There were some technical difficulties during the facilitation but the Lord helped us through and we were able to achieve our objectives.

I thank God for the partnership with Dr Mike Ong and Pst Prem, founder of Zion Ecclesia group of churches,  who helped coordinate this effort. I am also grateful to our team of facilitators who took the time and effort to teach, train and impact these students. Pst Amrit deserves double honour for being, the "Principal", in charge of the ground logistics  and coordinating the efforts for both the group. This is in addition to his other responsibilities of being a pastor and running the underprivileged girls' home. He was also the spiritual counsellor for the group in Kathmandu.

The feedback received from the students was very encouraging. In fact some said that this training must be extended to all of Nepal.

God is doing amazing things though our ministry in Asia. Many churches will be planted by these graduates in the days to come. We thank the Lord for this opportunity to serve Him together with like minded people in the body of Christ.

And if the Lord prompts you to partner with us in this ministry, please do contact me.

May the name of Jesus alone be exalted in all our endeavours. To God be the glory.
