Appeal for Clean Water – Borewell Project
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings in the blessed name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. One of the greatest challenges facing many rural villages in India is the lack of access to clean and safe drinking water. Every day, women and children walk long distances to fetch water for drinking, cooking, and their daily needs. During the hot summer months, many wells and water sources dry up, making this struggle even more severe. Access to clean water is more than a convenience—it is a basic necessity of life. A single borewell can transform an entire village. It provides a reliable source of clean drinking water, improves the health of families, reduces waterborne diseases, allows children to spend more time in school instead of collecting water, and brings hope and dignity to the entire community.
