Meeting friends in Bangalore and return to Singapore

It was really a joy meeting our friends. We had a long conversation with Canute and Suramya,  true friends who share the same mindset and vision. Reminisced our journey and spoke of God's greatness and faithfulness in our lives. Nothing better than being in Christ.

Praise God that Bro Mohan is on the way to recovery. We waned to give him a surprise visit but unfortunately  Bishop Nehemiah let the cat out of the bag.  He shared with us know God was so gracious in his life and helped him through this difficult part of his life. Is was so good just to be around these people. Truly gems.

We also had the opportunity to meet with Suramya's parents in Sunday before we left BangaloreWhat a reunion, seeing them after 6 years. They are n their mid seventies but still very much engaged in the work of he Lord. We were blessed just by being with them for the short time.

With Hanns in church in Banglore

We were also pleasantly surprised to meet Hanns on Sunday morning in church in Bangalore. Hanns is  Bro Suresh's son from Trivandrum. He is studying in Banglore.  I have been encouraging him via messenger and forgot that he was in Bangalore as well. But God made it happen and and I am so thankful.

The trip to Bangalore was a real refresher, meeting with people of the same DNA for the Kingdom and who speak the '"same language ". People who are kingdom minded but whose feet are still firm in the ground. We laughed, shared and reminisced the goodness of God in our lives. Wished we had more time in Bangalore.

Meanwhile Bro Albert snd Sis Josephine made their way to Agra via Delhi. They were there from 5-10 Sep. They taught the students in the Church Planters Training Centre there. Pst Rahul and his team took good care of this wonderful and dedicated couple. Sis Josephine reported that they had a great time and that the students were diligent and hungry for the Word.  Because of the overwhelming demand, they are planning to go back to Agra in Nov. Praise zGod for this wonderful partnership.

On Sunday after lunch we packed our bags and made our journey back to Kolkata where we rendezvoused with Bro Albert and Sis Josephine for our flight back home to Singapore. They shared with us the happenings in Agra. Praise God.

We touched down Singapore this morning. Down with a bad backache  which I sustained during the early part of the trip. Getting old I guess. Praising God for all His doing.

Now for the next trip. Glory to God.
