Sunday services

It was an amazing Sunday. In the morning I spoke from 2 Chronicles 20:1-18 - Formula for Winning the battle. Stressed on the following factors that determine victory:
  • Know the enemy
  • Know yourself
  • Know God
Time was short and did not cover all I wanted to. But many were blessed.

In the evening Tamil Service, I prepared to share the same but was prompted during the worship to switch to Mark 5 - The woman with an issue of blood. My interpreter John Inbaraj was caught off guard but the Holy Spirit took over and it was smooth delivery. We both felt a special anointing tonight. There were some Hindus who came for the service and the responded to the alter call. Praise God for all that he is doing in PEC.

Lesson learnt again: Its very important to be prepared all the time. The Holy Spirit may require us to change the message at the 11th hour. Sometimes its does happen. More important is to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit

I was simply awed by God's leading and presence. He is bringing new people to our church. The NextGen is fired up and I just cant wait for the Church Day celebrations next Sunday. Praise God.
