In His Time.......... with P.Ramachandran

Had a great time in HighPointe LIFE church in Kalng. Spoke on the Incomparable Love of Christ. It was great to meet good friends and partners in the ministry. Once again Pst Mohan and family had been great hosts. Simply blessed. On my way back to Singapore.  Hard to fine such hospitable people like them.

I am seated at the departure lounge of T4 waiting for my flight to KL. Sunday morning I am sharing at HighPointe LIFE church, formerly known as BethanyLIFE. Looking forward to seeing Pst Stephen Chandra Mohan and family and old friends. Thy have been our mission partners and people with a passion for the Lord.

By the grace of God we were able to rise money to purchase the land. Now we have to rise funds to put up a building. Temporary house where the kids are living The building is estimated to cost about $40,000. Looks like a insurmountable task. But I have learnt that if the project is in accordance with God's plans. the funds will come in. Land  for the building purchased I am trusting the Lord to bring in the resources. More than 30 children will benefit from this home in Tanya, Northern Shan State. Some are orphans and many from single parents from the Wa region. They would have ended up as drug peddlers or in some organized crime, if not for this home. Now they  will be the future pastors, missionaries and leaders of their nation. Pst Mates and his wife were there again at Manila airport to see me, even though it was for a short while. In spite of the awful traffic situation and the threatening bad weather, they still came to the airport, even though the meeting was only 16 minutes. They brought so many gifts from themselves and other friends.  I am blessed with so many loving saints in the world. Its God's love that brings us together. Thank you Jesus

I am seated at the departure lounge at Honolulu, waiting for my connection to Singapore via Manila. It had been a glorious week at the Mid Pacific Centre at Maui. The participants this time were younger, highly qualified, many professionals in distinguished careers and extremely intelligent. Their way of learning is so different from the previous batches, who were comfortable with the one way instructional approach. These group, the millennials want more discussions, and activity based learning. They are more engaging and very responsive to questions and discussions. Looks like for the subsequents batches, I will have to tailor my sessions to these "new way of learning".  Prof Arthur had already wanted us that this is the way the younger generations prefer to learn and to be prepared for such. Session M1066 I felt very inadequate standing infant of these men and rather troubled by their high demands. The first session was rather jittery and I had to really depend on ...

This morning we had a combined service for all the participants and volunteers. Joey spoke in the meeting on "Feeding the five thousand". Later  Nestor took Pst Daniel, the RC and me for kayaking in the ocean. It was indeed an experience. Clear water and the big blue ocean. At Nestor's insistence  did a bit of snorkeling as well. The waters were crystal clear and huge turtles were swimming near by. Jumping  into the sea after a long time. Later we had lunch at Lihana, in a  restaurant by the sea. Seethe, Joey, and Valentine joined us. We had great fellowship

Today we had the opening dinner for the 62 participants for this sessions. It was good to meet with Rev Tissa and his wife. Dr Aldo is also here as faculty and so was Bro Valentine  Davidar. I think I last met Bro Valentine in Chennai about 8 years ago.  It was such joy to be with all these men of God. Men who are humble and moved by the Great Commission.
