Sunday m0orning at ALFC

It was my joy and privilege to share the Word at Abundant Life family Church. Senior Pastor Allan Ang is like my spiritual father  who has seen me grow during my formative christian days. It was also a joy to meet Pst Lydia and her husband.

The church is growing and they have a vibrant outreach ministry. Every week a team goers to the HDB flats to do tract distribution and to visit people at home. 

About 200 people gathered for the English Service. I was told the hall was also packed for the Chinese service held earlier in the morning.

The worship was vibrant and I shared on The heart of the Pilgrim. My text was taken from Psalms 84:5-7.

Many responded to the message and Jeya and I were blessed as well.

To God be the glory.

Sis Jenima went to be with the Lord on 14 Nov 2024, after battling with  Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) for some time.  This is our tribute to her. 25th Wedding Annivesary - Silver Jubilee

11-1-11 - 25th Wedding Anniversary. Today my wife and I celebrate our Silver Jubilee, 25 years of being married together. How time flies. I look out of the window, the weather reminiscent of the day we got married. It was raining the whole day and so is today. How appropriate. Praise God for His faithfulness in our lives and for the blessings He has given us. Lam 3:22-23 - Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. It has been a wonderful journey. Yes there were disagreements, quarrels, desperation and even "fights" but through it all, our love has grown stronger for the Lord , for the family, for the ministry and for one another. Remembering Uncle Thomas Malcolm Ranjore : 1940- 2025

It was with great sadness that I received the news of Uncle Thomas Malcolm Ranjore’s passing on the 20th of June, at the age of 84.  Though our hearts grieve, we do not mourn as those without hope.  As Psalm 116:15  reminds us: “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful servants.” Uncle Malcolm (as he was fondly called) was truly one of God’s faithful servants, a man whose life was marked by worship, prayer, evangelism, generosity, and love for both God and people. I remember not just someone who lived long, but someone who lived well, for the glory of God. A man of worship One thing that stands out in his life is that Uncle Malcolm was a gifted musician. He played the violin not as a performer, but as a worshipper. When he played, it was as if heaven drew near.
