Flood Relief in Pakistan - Be the salt and light
In recent weeks, Pakistan has been severely affected by heavy monsoon rains, which caused rivers to overflow and several dams to break. As a result, vast areas were inundated, leading to widespread flooding. Entire villages were submerged, crops destroyed, and homes washed away, leaving thousands of families displaced and struggling to survive.

The state of Punjab, particularly the district of Gujrat, was among the hardest-hit regions. Many families lost not only their houses but also their means of livelihood. With their fields under water and livestock perished, countless men, women, and children have been forced to take shelter in temporary camps and makeshift tents. The situation remains dire as people face shortages of food, clean water, clothing, and basic necessities.
In response to this humanitarian crisis, we decided to raise funds to support some of the victims in Punjab, Gujrat. Our aim was to provide immediate relief to ease their suffering and to stand alongside them in this time of great need.

Yesterday Pst Ashraf and his team brought basic relief aid to about 100 families affected by the floods. We distributed essential food supplies to those who have lost much of their belongings in these challenging times.
|
This is what Pst Ashraf said about the visit:
"Dear sir, there was a very miserable and painful situation, people are living in tents and their houses submerged in the water 10 to 15 feet. Some women were weeping, they have no, clothes, medicine, clean water, and other necessary items for living, Thank you for your generous heart and cooperation. All glory be to Lord Jesus Christ AMEN.
We have distributed food packages in 100 families in two different locations, but still hundreds of hundred families living without resources, The situation is not good . Please keep praying for them."
