Regional VFDS

Thanking God for the opportunity to be part of the Regional Virtual Faculty Development Seminar as one of the coaches. The virtual seminar took place from 6-25 Sep. Altogether there were 19 participants from Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Together with Bro Nelson from Indinesia, we were coaches for the Mandate Cohort. Bro Nelson is an excellent coach with a heart of humility.

Mandate Cohort

This is my first time as a coach for Faculty Development and it was a wonderful experience. Kudos to the organisers. It was very well organised, professional and par excellance. I was privileged to work with senior and well qualified people in this development. Many of them had high distinctions in their secular careers. I am probably the least qualified. Inspire of all their achievements in their lives, I was humbled by their passion, humility and commitment for our Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone bent on ending gospel poverty.

It was also a learning experience for me as I too learned many things from the plenary speakers. These speakers were really good. Specially thankful to Pst Siew Ling (Haggai's South East Asia Representative) for inviting me to be part of this wonderful team of coaches. She is a gem who has an amazing ability to get people working together with loads of patience. The interactions with the other coaches and the participants was truly an enriching experience. So encouraged to see all these people passionate about ending gospel poverty in their own countries.

Praying that everyone will be an instrument in nurturing others for the Kingdom's priorities.

Thank you Lord Jesus for this amazing experience.
