Defining moments

During the morning service I spoke on the above subject and my text was taken from Acts 9:1-6. Everyone used by God had a defining moment in their lives which propelled them to do extraordinary things for the Glory of God with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Apostle Pauls's defining moment happened while he was on the way to Damascus. Four things happen when one has had a defining moment with God:

  1. A paradigm shift
  2. A shift in purpose
  3. A shift in priorities
  4. A shift is life's perspective
We had a number of new faces in church this morning. Praise God.

In the evening I touched on Psalms 30:11. I was supposed to speak on the same subject but was prompted by the Holy Spirit to change. God will turn your mourning into joy.

There was such an anointing in the services today. To God be the Glory.
