"Respected Sir,

Greetings in the Precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

Thanks for all your prayers and support for the work. By the Grace of God All our PEC Church Planters, Pastors, Rural Area Evangelism coordinators are working well in the various parts of Andhra Pradesh.

On 25th Tuesday we had Hyderabad area Pastors meeting, 64 Pastors attended from different parts of the state. Meeting started at 8:30 AM with Morning Devotion. 2 sessions before lunch and After lunch also one session. Sessions taken by Major G. V. Ratnam, (Salvation Army Senior Pastor) Pastor David (Rakshana TV Producer) and conclusion session by me, We all had a great time and encouraged by the Testimonies, Prayers and Fellowship.

Here some testimonies shared by our Church Planters:-
  • Pastor Sayyadvalli, Ananthapur: This Pastor Converted from Muslim Community, after the Training, he is working in the Garladinne village in Marthad Mandal and surrounding 5 villages. This Pastor and his team is reaching every month 10 new villages with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 
  • On 10th of March 2014 here 5 water baptisms given to the Musilm people, this pastors also facing threats from muslim religious people, please uphold him in your prayers. 
  • Pastor Job: Pastor Job, working in the Medak District among the non-Christians.6 Water Baptisms given in this month. And taking the Gospel to 3 surrounding Mandals. 
  • Pastor Johnson: Nizamabad District RAE Coordinator, Total 36 Mandals in this district, almost 21 mandals coverd in these 5 years. 62 new churches started after the evangelism in the various villages in this district. 14 students send for the church planters’ training Centre. 
  • Pastor Joshua: Nellore: after the training church started in his native village. And PEC helped him to put church building in New Ramachandra Puram village.  Surrounding 4 villages running Sunday services in temporary sheds. Government also given the permission for another church construction at Penuvalli village in Buchi Reddy Palem Mandal in Nellore District. 
  • Boda Daniel: PEC support is helping him to take Gospel to surrounding villages in Manchukonda. Pangdi, Thatakula thanda, Zinkala Thanda. 10 new souls are coming to Manchukonda church.  In this march, he reached12 new villages with the Gospel and Film team. 
  • Jacob Benny: after the training, hestarted church at Vepachettu thanda, PEC constructed church in this remote village in Warangal District. 52 water Baptisms given in this place. This month also 8 baptisms given by RAE supervisor. And 3 surrounding mandals also urgently needed church buildings. There is no other church in this area. Khanapur, Gudur and Chenna Rao Pet mandal are very backward mandals in this Narsampet Division in Warangal Dist.  Please pray for the work. 
  • Jayapaul: Guntur. 9 water Baptism has given in this month. Vemavaram and Chennaipalem villages are coving now. Church building is needed in this place. 
  • Pastor Peter, working in Medak District, Vargal, Choudarpally, Guntipally, Ramakkapet, Somaram, Mulugu and surrounding village. God is doing signs and wonders in his ministry. One village in Choudarpally village head delivered from demon bondages. New souls are coming for Sunday worship.
On 27th Thursday we had our Rajamundry Area Pastors meeting at our PEC church Konthamur in Rajamundry East Godavari District, 38 pastors attended this meeting. Between 10 AM to 3:00 PM we had this meeting. All the participants shared the testimonies how God is doing wonderful things in their mission fields.

Our workers are working in the remote villages very faithfully and seriously. No proper transportation, No hospital facility, no safe drinking water, No electricity but still our church planters are reaching different tribal groups on the hills and forest area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have given 10 Bicycles to our church planters. These bicycles are helping our pastors to reach various places in this agency; we need few more bicycles for other church planters too. 

One of our Church Planter Pastor Sajeeva Rajus’s wife was suffering with Cancer on her throught. Doctors told no hope to live. We as a team prayed for that sister in February PEC Pastors fellowship Meeting. God Marvelously healed, now she is all right and helping her husband in ministry, All Glory to our Prayer Answering God.

Church Planters’ Training Centers:- Kurnool, Kakinada, Rampachodavaram, Kailasagiri training Centres started in January and will be finished by June 2014. All together 46 Church planters are getting training in these four Centers in Andhra Pradesh.

Rural Area Evangelism Teams: - 23 teams are working in all the 23 Districts in Andhra Pradesh. 276 New villages covered with the Gospel in this month of March 2014. 41860 people heard the Good news of Jesus Christ through the Jesus Films and Evangelical Gospel Meetings, 2139 people responded for the Alter Call. 66 worship centers newly started after the film ministry.

We are seriously praying for Evangelism Van, its urgently needed to carry P.A. Systems, Lights and Generator to the villages in this season.

Jeevan Jyothi:- Mudfort slum Children are writing their exams. Please remember them in your prayers.

Dear Sir, Really PEC is doing great work among the Rural and unreached villages. It touching thousands of new souls every month. Our Church planters are working very hard in the ground level. We need finances to put temporary shed in this remote places and some church buildings.

In month of April and May many pastors are planning for open air gospel meetings, church revival meetings & Pastors fellowship meetings. Uphold all our pastors in your prayers.

As a family of PEC India, we are regularly praying for you, Church and Mission board. Only because of God’s Grace and your support we are able to reach village by village. The work is more and more; many trained church planters are working in the fields with out any financial support. If we support at least food and travel, they also will join for our pastors fellowship meetings.

What a trip to Nepal

I am sitting at the airport restaurant in Kathmandu, checked in and waiting for my departure to New Delhi and from there, onward to Singapore.  Just sipping and enjoying the Americano coffee and a slice of cheese cake as I reminiscent my last nine days in Nepal. It has been a incredibly tough trip but one filled with joy, great satisfaction and challenges. Tough because of the bad roads, tracks and mountain trekking that really tested my endurance and my back was sore.  Couple of knocks on the head as the vehicle danced to the tune of the undulating terrain. Days when I had terrible diarrhoea, running from one mountain toilet to another. Thank God I had Dr Mike Ong on this trip who is a medical doctor from Singapore, who attended to my condition. Times when we had to sleep on the cold floor with thin sheets of cloth, with rodents in the vicinity. Temperatures dropped to a low of 10-12 degrees centigrde in the nights. Devotion - Psalms 44: 6-7 - Its God who gives the victory

Psalms 44:6-7 - I put no trust in my bow, my sword does not bring me victory; but you give us victory over our enemies, you put our adversaries to shame. Any soldier will know that the basic weapon of warfare, in those days, were the bow and sword. Without which no soldier will not venture into the battle field. Even the famed Goliath was geared in full battle order when he faced David with the stones and the sling. Isn't it a paradox then that David, one of the finest soldiers Israel had ever produced, proclaims that its not the bow and the sword that gives the victory. Its is the Lord, Jehovah, that gives the victory. I don't think David is trying to say that we should not prepare ourselves for warfare. His concern is that we recognize that ultimately its the Lord that gives the victory.
