Blessed Christmas

Image
Taken on Christmas Day, missing Jessica The message of Christmas is the same as it was about 2000 years ago. For God so loved the world that HE gave His only begotten son. That whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. He came to give us abundant life, a new hope, a new future, a new destiny. We celebrate today because we have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.). (Jn 1:45 Isaiah 9:6-7 - For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder.  And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7  Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, But not many are as privileged as us to celebrate Christmas like we do. I got a mail on Christmas Eve from a friend in Pakistan.  "Jesus given us a precious opportunity to serve His people and share His lov...

Christmas celebration at Mudfort Slum

Image
On 21 Dec, Bishop Nehemiah and his members from PEC Rasoolpura Church celebrated Christmas with children from the Mudfort slum, in Secunderabad. PEC has been sponsoring tuition classes every evening  in the weekdays for the kids in this slum. Youth from the church sang carols and conducted a wonderful program for the children. There was cake cutting and a special meal provided for all the kids. We pray that many of these kids will one day become servants of the Most High God. We are indeed thankful to Bishop Nehemiah and his wonderful youths, PEC and our sponsors for making this outreach possible. ALL GLORY TO GOD.

PEC Pastors Christmas in Rasoolpura - 16 Dec

Image
This morning 42 PEC church planters and pastors from Telangana and Rayalessema gathered at Rasoolpra to celebrate Christmas. It was termed affectionately Shepherds' Christmas.  How appropriate as the shepherds were the first ones to be informed of the birth of Jesus by the angels. We thank God for all of them. These are men who take the great commission seriously. We in PEC are blessed to partner with these men. We are specially grateful to Bishop Nehemiah for all the efforts in coordinating the work in AP/Telangana. Great man of God. All Glory to God
