PRAISE EVANGELICAL CHURCH



PRIMARY VISION

  • That every village in Andhra Pradesh will hear the Gospel” ((Matt 28:19)
  • To equip Leaders/Church Planters in attaining the full measure of the fullness of Christ (Eph 4:12)

SECONDARY VISION

  • To advance the kingdom of God by planting churches in the regions beyond AP.

PRESENT ONGOING WORK

  1. Rural Area Evangelism in AP (23 teams)
  2. Church Planting (CP) in AP, TN, Orissa, Bhutan, Assam, West Bengal and Sikkim. Total 97 CPs
  3. CP Training centers in AP (4), TN, Jaijon
  4. Support for needy pastors in AP, TN (20 Pastors)
  5. Building churches for reasonably sized congregations planted by our CPs.
  6. Work in Bangladesh through JF
  7. Slum education program in Hyderabad, AP
  8. Shadrach Home for boys in Kaniyakumari, TN. We have 17 now. Plan to have 25 of them by Apr 12

EMPHASIS FOR THE YEAR

  • Transformation. Consolidate the work, streamline reporting processes. Effective monitoring of work on the ground. Proper account processes to be in place. Venture into income generation projects.

MISSION TRIPS

  • 7 trips are planned for the year. Budget for each trip is $3000. Budget for trip in Feb already raised. Need another $18,000 for the rest of the trips

NEW CHURCH BUILDINGS

  • To built 8 new church buildings. Funds for 4 buildings already secured. Need to raise $32,000 for another 4 more buildings ($8000 a building)

NEW TRAINING CENTER IN ORISSA

  • It costs $600 a month to run this center.

NEW OUTREACH WORKS

  • Plan to support 5-10 new workers in Chhattisgarh. They have just graduated from the training center in Kaniyakumari. Very poor church planters but with a passion to reach the lost. Support for 5 CPs is $250 a month, 10 is $500 a month.
  • Plan to support social work in Pakistan. Cost $250 a month.
